The room was clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. The bathroom needed some repairs, particularly with the fixtures not working well.

I got a good deal (~$99) per night. It was light years ahead of another hotel I got at ($65) per night. This hotel was very clean, comfortable and relaxing. The beds were very comfrotable, 3 pillows per bed. Pool was nice, but they were renovating the flooring around it. Nice location and easy to get to everything that you needed. We were there for son graduating Army basic training, and this more than fit the bill.

I truly enjoyed this property - well-maintained and well-kept hotel.

The hotel was fairly clean, the room was well-maintained and brand-new and the bed was extremely comfy. The staff was brilliantly friendly and pretty friendly, good service. The restaurant was great with wonderful service here, I had outstanding dishes. There was a clean. The location was favourable for me.

I have a 5 month old son who could not go to sleep because there were people yelling in the hallways, slamming doors and kids running up and down the halls screaming. We almost had to leave and find a different hotel the very first night we were there

The cookies were a hit with my child, and room service was prompt. We enjoyed the close proximity to activities, especially exploring local parks and golfing options nearby.

In my children's opinion, the pool could use some updating for better family enjoyment.

It was a nice clean hotel. The staff was very friendly and accomadating. But they really need to include a free breakfast with the stay.

The only negative was the tile was dirty along the shower in the bathroom - grout needs cleaning - other than that everything was perfect.

The maintenance man checked the heater for smoke after the smoke alarm went off at 5:30am. Later he fixed the toilet which would not stop running water.

Staff was excellent. Great customer service from the front desk. Hoolihans Restaurant on site had fantastic food and great service. Hotel was very accomodating to a soccer tournament group of more than 100 boys.

The pool area offers little to no shade. Columbus, GA is one of the hottest places in Georgia and the pool is set in the back with no shade. Not very attractive or welcoming.

The rooms were very nicely decorated, had very comfortable beds and pillows, great big screen tv. The young guys on desk when we checked in on 10/9 were very friendly and courteous.

Food in restaurant was not on same par as the rooms, needs upgrading to fit the image. Day clerk, (woman) was just not interested in guests, seemed to be busy everytime we walked by or asked a question.

The rooms were impressive and beautifully maintained with the shower and 2 double beds, as for instance, no complaints.
